REVIEWING OF SOME KINEZIOLOGIC PROCEDURES TO PROVOKE THE VEGETATIVE REFLEXES

The provoking of the reflexive zones in a kinesiology and the kinesiological activities has been very well known from a long time ago as therapy in some Asian countries, especially in China, where it appears thousands of years ago. Today the therapy is known as acupuncture. It has developed from the Asian Countries through different forms and modifications throughout the world and lately it has spread out through whole Europe. Actually, in 1942 appeared the first specified systematic studies for the implementation of the programmed provoking of vegetative reflexes on medulaspinal level through the skin and muscles. Later, those studies are present in many Europian countries, whose results and conclusions have been used in practice for reaction of exciting and retaining procedures in medicine and sport practice i.e. in kinesiology. This practice is especially involved through the programme massage of the most tightened zones of the patient or the athlete, and today it is used in clinical kinesiology.
