Mitricka Dz. Stardelova, Angel Dzambazovski, Valentina Krstevska, Nevenka Panovska

Being a top athlete is not an easy task, it is a stressful and strenuous path for everyone that wants to compete. The price of incorrect exercise and such quantitative straining is the stress of the human organism which manifests through temporary or chronic fatigue, over-training, sickness and even death. In order to be satisfied with the exercise, to be happy with your sport activities, you need to be satisfied with life itself, and this way of the athlete’s life is called psycho-physical sport adaptation. It is a methodology for easier overcoming of strain and stress during the life of anyone in general, as well as top athletes. Every kinesiological stress is a complex kinesilological problem, a complex interactive response of the individual’s organism that’s always tending to adapt to emerging circumstances. This is why stress and adaptation in sports are constant companions of the athlete.
