Borce Daskalovski, Milan Naumovski, Miodrag Kocic, Tomislav AndonovskiThe survey was conducted on a sample of 45 respondents aged 13-15 years, in order to determine the effects of programmed training process lasting a year, for the basketball players from BC Falcons Skopje. The research changed a total of 16 variables of which 7 are assessment of motor skills and 9 are variables for estimation of specific motor abilities. Based on the results it is concluded that applied training program generally causes positive transfer of skills studied. The results indicate the need for further training process to pay special attention to basketball technique with the ball, because for a large portion of young players it was not found to be at the expected level.
