THE EFFECTS OF SPECIAL PROGRAMED CLASSES IN PHYSICAL EDUCATION WITH THIRD LESSON BASKETBALL ON SOME MOTOR SKILLS FOR FEMALE STUDENTS OF II YEAR OF HIGH SCHOOL EDUCATION

The research is realized on a group sample of 60 respondents, divided into two sub-samples of 30 respondents based on different experimental modes. The main goal of this reseach was to determine the ffects of special programmed classes in physical education, with classes content from basketball within the third lesson per week of motor abilities for female students of II year of high school education. For the realization of the research goals were applied 9 motor tests of the baterry EUROFIT. The obtained results were processed with the basic descriptive statistical parameters and for determining the differences between the controled and experimental group was applied the multivarant and univariant analysis of the covariance (MANKOVA). On the basis of the obtained results it can ce concluded that the three-month experimental program provided the expected results and led to improvment of some motor abilities such as the frequency of movement of the upper extremities, strenght, agility, endurance of the experimental group, which besides regular classes envisaged by the curriculum and the program within the third lesson.
