THE EFFECTS FROM SPECIAL EDUCATIONAL PROGRAM OF PHYSICAL EDUCATION WITH THIRD STEP-AEROBICS HOUR OVER MOTOR ABILITIES FOR FEMALE STUDENTS FROM II HIGH SCHOOL YEAR

The research is realized on a group sample of 60 respondents, divided into two subsamples of 30 respondents on the basis of different experimental model. The main goal of this research is to determine the effects from the special educational program for physical education, with educational contents of a third step-aerobics hour a week of motor abilities for female students from II high school year. For the realization of the research goals, 9 motor tests of EUROFIT battery were applied. The obtained information was processed with basic descriptive statistical parameters, and to determine the differences between the experimental groups a multivariance and univariance analysis of covariance (MANKOVA) was applied. On the basis of the obtained results it can be concluded that the three-month experimental program has given the expected results and led to improvement of some motor abilities such as: strength, agility and especially endurance in the second group, which, besides the regular educational program provided with educational curriculum and program worked within the third step-aerobics class.
